The
sectional doors Almet Doors E® (exclusive doors) are available as
horizontal rib (rib spacing 122 - 129 mm), large rib (rib spacing 220 -
259 mm), flush and raised panel.
The
doors are manufactured as single-skinned (type S for the steel models
raised panel and horizontal rib, rib spacing 122 - 129 mm) and
double-skinned (type ISO for all steel models with heat insulation by
CFC-free PUR rigid foam core).
The
individual sections of hot galvanized fine sheet metal are fitted with
anti-pinch being primed on
the outside and in the colours standard white similar to RAL 9016, sepia
brown similar to RAL 8014 or in many RAL-colours of choice. The doors
are sealed by a side seal, ground seal and header seal and in the
insulated version also between the individual sections.
Surface: woodgrain (for all steel models) or stucco design (for the steel models raised panel and horizontal rib, rib spacing 122 - 129 mm).

The
door leaf consists of galvanized steel sections with stove-enamelled
primer on polyester basis: outside standard white, similar to RAL 9016,
inside grey-white, similar to RAL 9002. The door leaf is double-skinned
with a CFC-free PUR rigid-foam core (thermal conductivity coefficient k
= 1.0 W/m²K). The panels are 20 mm thick. The door leaf features an
anti-pinch, ground seal and seals between the sections. The angular
frame of galvanized fine sheet metal is closed on the sides and primed
in the colour standard white, similar to RAL 9016, with
integrated side seal.
The
header frame panel is woodgrain designed and in the colour of the door
leaf, with integrated header seal.
The
door has a special lock with safety cylinder and a black plastic handle
set with catch mechanism. Protected triple safety spring assemblies with
