Industrial Sectional Doors

Almet Doors is proud to offer to the market a wide range of sectional doors for use in many different commercial business settings. These doors, which can be insulated or glass fronted, are ideal for providing business owners with quick, yet secure access to their premises.

Almet Doors are a professional partner of Hormann, one of the world’s leading sectional door manufacturers and as such, we can supply all of the Hormann product range, which can then be installed by our own in-house team of highly skilled and experienced technicians.

Sectional Doors to Suit Your Business’s Needs

Sectional doors open vertically, providing you with much more usable space both in front of and behind your door opening, with the opened door stored flat, underneath your roof space. The sectional doors we offer to the market can be either steel, aluminium or a combination of steel and aluminium, making them lightweight, yet extremely strong and secure.

Glass Sectional Doors

If you require a glass sectional door for your business, then make sure you talk to Almet Doors. These doors, which can often be seen in the likes of car showrooms, are ideal to be able to provide your business with a wide, safe and secure opening that also lets light in and displays your products effectively.

The doors are coated with a synthetic duratec coating system, to ensure they stand up to all the rigors of the UK weather and commercial use. These doors are coated with a special protective coating, similar to car headlights, protecting them from scratches and damage caused by cleaning.

Additional Sectional Door Features

Thermally Insulated Sectional Doors - The sectional doors that we offer to market have the option of being thermally insulated, which provides an additional thermal barrier between the frame and the brickwork. The additional seals that these doors come with, can provide an additional 21% extra insulation.

Trip Free Threshold – Our sectional doors also have the added advantage of coming with the option of extremely low thresholds, which limits the risk of tripping by your employees and also makes it easier for you to wheel goods in and out of the door area.

Non-Contact Door Monitoring – If you choose a sectional door that is powered by a WA400 or a WT400 operator then these doors are fitted with a closing edge self-monitoring device as standard. By choosing these products it allows your doors to be automatically opened and closed and also reduces your ongoing inspection and maintenance costs.
